Dinosaur House - Raetihi

 
Today I discovered there was a DINOSAUR HOUSE!!! in Raetihi.

The two story 1920 house is on 102 Seddon Street, Raetihi, and has a delightful collection of dinosaurs and other dinosaur related memorabilla, so go out the back too!

There is an upstairs as well, but it isn't wheelchair accessible.

We took the time to watch the dinosaur documentaries. Very informative.

Allow about an hour to see the exhibits and enjoy the documentaries.

Mt Ngauruhoe and Mt Ruapehu

Mt Ngauruhoe had a scarf on today.

Mt Ruapehu had plenty of snow too.

Ruapehu and Ngauruhoe are active stratovolcanoes at the southern end of the Taupō Volcanic Zone and North Island volcanic plateau in New Zealand.
