Mystery is not a possibility of reality ...

Rene Magritte was showing at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMO).
The Domain of Arnheim (1962)
Tighe likes surrealism, and I don't need an excuse to look at art.
The Enchanted DomainVII (1960)
SFMOMO is cost effective for a family group. Adult was $US25 and children under 18 years free. To see Magritte was another $US8 for me and nothing for the urchins.  ($US33 all up for the 5 of us).
The Enchanted Domain IX (1960)
Approximately 50 of his works were on display, we were fortunate to catch the 11.00am timed visit, which also included a walking commentary by one of the docents.
Return to Nature (1938)
Man and the Forest (1965
The Granite Quarry (1964)
The silhouette of the bowler hat man was repeated in a number of works.
The Unexpected Answer
“Mystery is not a possibility of reality; reality would not exist without mystery.”
Personal Values (1952)
The Happy Donor (1966)
Anneke prefered the works that focussed on the dawn and dusk light.
The Dominion of Light(1954)
I liked the bird motifs and how Magritte captured the movement of the waves.
The Kiss (1951)
The Return (1960)
Throughout the works, there was a repetition of elements, and shapes, and colours.
The Great Family (1963)
Part of the exhibition was an installation that was interactive, and placements of cameras put you in part of the forest in the Magritte Les Enfants Trouve, and the Dominion of Light series.
