It was well past 2am, and 100 meters of wrapping paper later...the "gifts" are as tall as the light.
We try to make Christmas as special as we can, and like to celebrate it differently from the year before.
There were presents under the tree, which the urchins enjoyed opening, one by one...

Oscar would like a watch for Christmas. I wonder if it is inside the gift?
Anneke's was the tallest. The cats helped her open the gift.
Tighe climbed into the gift, and opened the presents that were inside.
Oscar ripped into his, it was a lot of fun, and had a sense of mystery about it. What was on the inside. The urchins couldn't pick them up and shake them to see if there was any Lego in there.
After the hard work of opening all the gifts, it was croissants, danishes for breakfast. Merry Christmas everyone.
