Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, San Jose

Architecturally inspired by the Temple of Amon at Karnak, the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum houses over 4,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts. This includes objects from pre-dynastic times through Egypt's early Islamic era, as well as Assyrian and Babylonian artifacts.

On site is a small temple.
The grounds were park like, and we had a picnic lunch in the Peace Garden.
There were plenty of statues in the grounds and the museum. My favourite was Amun Ram, dedicated to the Sun God.
The museum is located on 1660 Park Avenue, San Jose. There is free parking available.
