Weather forecast for Moso Island, and the Tree of Lost Soles
We said goodbye to the turtles, prayed at the Tree of Lost Soles, and checked the weather, before sailing to the other side of the island.
There were only about 15 of us on the boat, so it wasn't crowded. Very relaxing, just watching the water. The water was incredibly blue.
The covered deck was perfect from hiding from the sun. It was warm, and a gentle breeze made the journey refreshing.
Downstairs to the tiny cabins |
The cliche idyllic tropical island. Soft white sand, turquiose water, tropical fish, butterflies, jungle, and spiders.

The bush toilet |
The urchins enjoyed exploring this part of the island.
Very rugged, lots of rocks, boulders to climb and play in, lizards and bugs to find and catch.
A BBQ lunch on the
beach, steak and sausages, rice, root vegetable salad, rice, tomatoes and
lettuce. Plain and fresh, it was
delicious in the sun. Tighe just ate the buns.
This whole bush was covered in butterflies - magical |
The dot in the sky is a spider |
The biggest spider I have ever seen. |
Spent the afternoon in the water. Tranquil and relaxing, a perfect holiday.
